How you feel after something bad

To take something as bad depends of the point of view of the person/s. To be taken as bad can also be just a part of something. The rest can be fine, fun, good, whatever. But because the bad is more memorable for us humans, we think about it more. Maybe we are over-thinking it. But it's a matte of fact that bad things, or the thinking about it, goes along with or thoughts, even we might be in a good mood. Even it's nothing that bad and will be forgotten in a few days. Then we try to say "sorry" and are likely to get into greater trouble because we are 'excited' and act even weirder. Some people stay back, to be alone. Some try to write down their worries, like me. It feels good, maybe I should do it more often if I have a problem again. And then, if I had to face the same problem again, I could read how I solved the problem before and would have less worries.
